Les mots cl\u00e9s de cette r\u00e9volution sont ergonomie tactile, mon\u00e9tisation des contenus, segmentation des usages et multi \u00e9crans. De nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s \u00e0 explorer pour les entreprises dans leur mani\u00e8re d\u2019interagir avec leurs clients sur les canaux num\u00e9riques\u2026<\/p>\n<p>A l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00e9volution rapide du monde num\u00e9rique, les consommateurs sont toujours plus exigeants en termes de rapidit\u00e9, de simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information. L\u2019av\u00e8nement des smartphones a \u00e9galement ouvert la voie au multi-\u00e9cran c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un m\u00eame service sur un nombre grandissant de terminaux connect\u00e9s \u00e0 Internet (ordinateur, TV, smartphone, tablette).<\/p>\n<h2>Un positionnement in\u00e9dit<\/h2>\n<p>Allier la simplicit\u00e9 d\u2019utilisation smartphone au confort offert par un ordinateur est bien le pari que rel\u00e8ve l\u2019iPad. L\u2019iPad n\u2019est pas un produit de masse \u00e0 l\u2019instar du t\u00e9l\u00e9phone portable poss\u00e9d\u00e9 par tous. En revanche, son caract\u00e8re intrins\u00e8quement segmentant peut s\u2019av\u00e9rer un levier int\u00e9ressant pour cibler certaines populations de clients\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>iPad et relations clients : de nouvelles perspectives?<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019iPad a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans le d\u00e9veloppement de Relation Client \u00e0 plusieurs niveaux. Premi\u00e8rement, il ouvre des perspectives prometteuses pour les m\u00e9dias (presse, \u00e9dition, cin\u00e9ma, musique) dans la capacit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le iTunes\/iBook\/AppStore \u00e0 mon\u00e9tiser les contenus num\u00e9riques et \u00e0 travers l\u2019exp\u00e9rience utilisateur r\u00e9ellement nouvelle qu\u2019il apporte. Deuxi\u00e8mement, l\u2019iPad offre un support \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e pour tout e-commer\u00e7ant en rendant plus simple, plus intuitive, la consultation de son catalogue du bout des doigts, en fluidifiant l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de navigation et finalement l\u2019achat en ligne. Enfin, plus largement, l\u2019iPad concerne toute entreprise proposant des services \u00e0 distance \u00e0 leurs clients. A court terme, l\u2019iPad nourrit l\u2019image de marque et peut \u00e9galement appuyer une strat\u00e9gie de segmentation en offrant un support adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 une client\u00e8le d\u2019\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0early adopters\u00a0\u00bb.
