Les deux premiers articles de cette s\u00e9rie visent \u00e0 introduire les composants de la radio-logicielle (SDR) et de l\u2019\u00e9tude des ondes radio. D\u2019autres articles seront ensuite publi\u00e9s avec pour objectif d\u2019\u00e9valuer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019utilisation d\u2019un objet sans-fil.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9finition<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9cemment, il \u00e9tait plus rapide d\u2019utiliser un mat\u00e9riel d\u00e9di\u00e9 pour r\u00e9aliser une t\u00e2che ; c\u2019est dans ce contexte que la radio s\u2019est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. Aujourd\u2019hui, la puissance des calculateurs des ordinateurs permet de traiter une large quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es (plusieurs millions par secondes) et donc de traiter les signaux radio efficacement.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si les briques de traitement du signal (dont la modulation\/d\u00e9modulation) peuvent \u00eatre aujourd\u2019hui d\u00e9port\u00e9s sur un ordinateur, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception (ou d\u2019\u00e9mission) n\u00e9cessite toujours un mat\u00e9riel d\u00e9di\u00e9. Plusieurs d\u00e9finitions existent pour le terme de \u00ab radio-logicielle \u00bb ou SDR an anglais (Software Defined Radio), nous proposons la suivante :<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Outils permettant de r\u00e9ceptionner ou d\u2019\u00e9mettre un signal qui sera par la suite trait\u00e9 par logiciel.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le mat\u00e9riel n\u00e9cessaire pour faire du SDR (\u00ab antenne SDR \u00bb) est donc compos\u00e9 au minimum des \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants :<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Une antenne avec des capacit\u00e9s en r\u00e9ception et\/ou transmission.<\/li>\n<li>Un convertisseur Analogique-Num\u00e9rique (DAC) et\/ou Num\u00e9rique-Analogique (NAC). Il constitue l\u2019interface entre le domaine \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (analogique) et informatique (num\u00e9rique).<\/li>\n<li>Dans certains cas, l\u2019antenne peut embarquer des filtres et amplificateurs pour faciliter le travail du logiciel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le RTL-SDR, l\u2019av\u00e8nement du SDR bon march\u00e9<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une bonne \u00ab antenne SDR \u00bb doit \u00eatre capable de scanner un large spectre de fr\u00e9quences (de quelques MHz \u00e0 plusieurs GHz) avec une bonne pr\u00e9cision d\u2019acquisition. Plusieurs produits existent (RTL-SDR, HackRF, LimeSDR, USRP, \u2026) et offrent des possibilit\u00e9s vari\u00e9es (fr\u00e9quences, r\u00e9ception\/\u00e9mission simultan\u00e9es, gain, \u2026) il convient donc de bien choisir son mat\u00e9riel.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre cabinet s\u2019est dot\u00e9 d\u2019un USRP, la r\u00e9f\u00e9rence des antennes SDR, pour r\u00e9ceptionner et \u00e9mettre des signaux sur un large spectre de fr\u00e9quence.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<figure id=\"post-16255 media-16255\" class=\"align-none\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16255 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/2.png 340w, https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/2-232x191.png 232w, https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/2-47x39.png 47w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 340px) 100vw, 340px\" \/><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous l\u2019avons dit, le socle informatique est d\u00e9sormais capable de g\u00e9rer un grand nombre de donn\u00e9es, mais ce n\u2019est pas cette \u00e9volution qui est pas \u00e0 l\u2019origine de la popularisation du SDR. L\u2019av\u00e8nement de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision num\u00e9rique (DVB-T TV) permet de visionner la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision num\u00e9rique sur ordinateur \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une clef USB. Sa production en masse permet de diminuer les couts de fabrication et de vente de la RTL2832U qui la compose.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<figure id=\"post-16257 media-16257\" class=\"align-none\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16257 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/3.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/3.png 640w, https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/3-382x191.png 382w, https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/3-71x36.png 71w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des personnes ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 interagir avec la puce RTL2832U de ces antennes USB afin de mettre en avant des fonctionnalit\u00e9s des SDR sur ces \u00e9quipements rendant accessible la radio-logicielle \u00e0 tous.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des exemples de logiciels<\/h3>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme son nom l\u2019indique, un SDR peut \u00eatre manipul\u00e9 par un logiciel pour r\u00e9ceptionner ou \u00e9mettre des donn\u00e9es sans fil. La liste suivante vise \u00e0 donner un aper\u00e7u des logiciels existant et les besoins auxquels ils r\u00e9pondent.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">GNU Radio : le couteau suisse du SDR<\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">GNU Radio est un outil qui d\u00e9taille, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de blocs de programme, les diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes pour moduler ou d\u00e9moduler un signal. Les \u00e9tapes les plus courantes dans le traitement des signaux (FFT, resampling, diagrammes, \u2026) sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 impl\u00e9ment\u00e9s et il est possible de faire interagir des blocs entre eux pour produire un programme qui sera capable, par exemple, d\u2019\u00e9couter la radio sur son ordinateur.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inspectrum et Baudline : visualiser le signal<\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un premier temps, l\u2019\u00e9tude d\u2019un signal consiste \u00e0 le caract\u00e9riser ; c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 identifier sa fr\u00e9quence et son type de modulation. Une repr\u00e9sentation des composantes (amplitude, fr\u00e9quence et phase) d\u2019un signal au court du temps est donc n\u00e9cessaire. Les deux outils Inspectrum et Baudline r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 ce besoin. Baudline permet aussi la collecte du signal.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">rtl_sdr<\/h4>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un SDR fournit \u00e0 l\u2019ordinateur un flux continu (stream) de nombres complexes caract\u00e9risant le signal. Il est possible d\u2019enregistrer le signal dans un fichier pour ensuite l\u2019\u00e9tudier.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous prenons ici l\u2019exemple du RTL-SDR mais chaque antenne n\u00e9cessite une suite de logiciels pour les \u00e9changes antenne-ordinateur. GNU-Radio offre une interface pour ne pas avoir \u00e0 installer chaque logiciel. N\u00e9anmoins, pour r\u00e9aliser quelques tests, il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant d\u2019avoir le pilote de son SDR install\u00e9 sur son poste. Par exemple, pour le RTL-SDR, le blog rtl-sdr.com (https:\/\/www.rtl-sdr.com\/rtl-sdr-quick-start-guide\/) d\u00e9crit les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre pour installer les logiciels sur Windows.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est maintenant possible d\u2019enregistrer une fr\u00e9quence donn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide la commande suivante :<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<pre style=\"background-color: #dfd2ee; color: black; padding-left: 5px; padding-right: 5px;\">rtl_sdr -f &lt;freq&gt; -s 2000000 fichier.sortie.cu8<\/pre>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le fichier de sortie (fichier.sortie.cu8) est une suite de nombres complexes encod\u00e9e sur 8 bits. L\u2019extension cu8 (\u00ab Complex 8-bit unsigned integer samples \u00bb) est comprise directement dans Inspectrum .<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h3>Quelques cas d\u2019\u00e9cole<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme il est facile de se procurer un SDR \u00e0 bas co\u00fbt, une pl\u00e9thore de logiciels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pour \u00e9couter et visualiser les donn\u00e9es.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parmi les logiciels incontournables, nous pr\u00e9sentons dump1090 qui donne la position des avions en temps r\u00e9el et le syst\u00e8me RDS pour \u00e9couter et obtenir des informations sur les chaines radio.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h4>Dump1090 : positionner les avions<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salvatore Sanfilippo (Antirez), le d\u00e9veloppeur de Redis, a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un outil, Dump1090 , qui permet de visualiser les informations des signaux radio \u00ab ADS-B \u00bb.
