Les campagnes de sensibilisation, qui constituent un moyen essentiel pour traiter ce facteur humain, sont donc aujourd\u2019hui largement r\u00e9pandues en entreprise. Mais elles souffrent d\u2019un certain nombre de limites\u00a0!<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Un nouvel enjeu pour la sensibilisation \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information\u00a0: la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y pousse la porte des entreprises<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">La sensibilisation n\u2019est pas un chantier sur lequel on peut se reposer une fois la premi\u00e8re campagne achev\u00e9e\u00a0! Comme toute campagne de pr\u00e9vention, des \u00ab\u00a0piq\u00fbres de rappel\u00a0\u00bb doivent \u00eatre faites r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, en variant la mani\u00e8re de communiquer pour assurer l\u2019assimilation des messages dans la dur\u00e9e sans provoquer de lassitude.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Par ailleurs, il est n\u00e9cessaire de prendre en compte les nouveaux arrivants dans l\u2019entreprise, qui n\u2019ont pas re\u00e7u la sensibilisation initiale. Et il ne faut pas oublier que ces nouveaux arrivants sont majoritairement une population avec laquelle le niveau de risque pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information augmente\u00a0: la fameuse g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Les \u00ab\u00a0digital natives\u00a0\u00bb, sur\u00e9quip\u00e9s, connect\u00e9s en permanence, rendent de plus en plus perm\u00e9able la fronti\u00e8re entre l\u2019entreprise et leur vie personnelle. Leurs usages exposent largement les informations qu\u2019ils manipulent\u00a0: donn\u00e9es personnelles, mais aussi professionnelles\u00a0! Et selon le Connected World Technology report de Cisco, 70% des jeunes employ\u00e9s admettent ne pas respecter les politiques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 bien qu\u2019ils en aient connaissance. \u00a0Plus exigeants que les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations X et baby-boomers, ils sont moins r\u00e9ceptifs \u00e0 des campagnes de communication traditionnelles que leur a\u00een\u00e9s sur des sujets avec lesquels ils se sentent familiers, et ont encore plus besoin d\u2019\u00eatre convaincus et motiv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">La gamification pour renforcer l\u2019engagement et la motivation des collaborateurs<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">Face \u00e0 ce nouvel enjeu, il est n\u00e9cessaire de diversifier les m\u00e9thodes et outils de sensibilisation pour assurer leur efficacit\u00e9. La gamification, ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne r\u00e9cent, appara\u00eet comme un nouvel outil\u00a0prometteur pour laquelle de plus en plus d\u2019\u00e9diteurs\u00a0 (Bunchball, Badgeville, Gamify\u2026) proposent des solutions. Elle a pour principe l\u2019application des m\u00e9canismes et de la dynamique du jeu \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s non ludiques : points, niveaux, badges, challenges, statuts sont utilis\u00e9s pour engager les gens, d\u00e9clencher la motivation et changer les comportements (par exemple dans <a href=\"http:\/\/company.zynga.com\/about\/privacy-center\/privacyville \" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le domaine de la protection des donn\u00e9es<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Initialement utilis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des clients \u00e0 des buts marketing (Flying Blue, Accor, Starbucks\u2026)\u00a0 ou communautaires (Foursquare, Farmville, Nike+\u2026), elle peut se transposer ais\u00e9ment au monde de l\u2019entreprise et \u00eatre un outil puissant pour accompagner les campagnes de sensibilisation, conduire le changement ou encore am\u00e9liorer les performances. Cette technique rencontre un vif succ\u00e8s aupr\u00e8s de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y aux codes de laquelle elle r\u00e9pond par ses dimensions sociale, ludique et technologique.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Lancer le challenge s\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0!<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">Il n\u2019y a plus qu\u2019un pas \u00e0 faire pour l\u2019adapter \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019information en entreprise. En premier lieu, il s\u2019agit de cibler les utilisateurs\u00a0 et de d\u00e9finir les objectifs. Sur cette base, les comp\u00e9tences (savoir construire un mot de passe complexe\u2026) et actions attendues (changer son mot de passe, suivre une formation, etc.) peuvent \u00eatre formalis\u00e9es avant de d\u00e9finir l\u2019univers et les m\u00e9canismes de jeu qui seront appliqu\u00e9s.
