L\u2019architecte vise ainsi \u00e0 mettre en coh\u00e9rence plusieurs angles de vue (DSI, m\u00e9tiers) selon des <em>timings <\/em>\u00a0diff\u00e9rents \u00a0et sur toutes les couches du SI (fonctionnelle, informationnelle, applicative, technique). Cette mise en coh\u00e9rence doit \u00a0naturellement \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re syst\u00e9matique et industrialis\u00e9e, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire dans le respect d\u2019un cadre d\u2019architecture et selon une gouvernance appropri\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Une maturit\u00e9 du march\u00e9 encore faible, reflet d\u2019un r\u00f4le en construction<\/h2>\n<p>Chez la plupart des grands comptes, l\u2019architecture d\u2019entreprise a une maturit\u00e9 faible. L\u2019implication des architectes d\u2019entreprise sur les dossiers de cadrage est n\u00e9cessaire pour donner aux donneurs d\u2019ordre les bonnes cl\u00e9s d\u2019arbitrage.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Int\u00e9grer au cycle projet les instances de gouvernance qui r\u00e9gissent le processus de d\u00e9finition et de mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019architecture.\u00a0 Cela \u00a0permet \u00e0 la fois de peser sur les choix en apportant des solutions pragmatiques et r\u00e9alistes mais aussi de communiquer sur l\u2019apport de valeur en mettant en coh\u00e9rence et en perspective l\u2019ensemble des projets d\u2019un domaine.<\/p>\n<p>Il va sans dire que l\u2019architecture d\u2019entreprise gagne aujourd\u2019hui du terrain chez l\u2019ensemble des grands comptes mais peine encore \u00e0 trouver des moyens \u00e0 la hauteur des enjeux adress\u00e9s, comme nous l\u2019avons vu dans un <a title=\"Et si l\u2019architecture d\u2019entreprise permettait enfin de briser la glace avec les M\u00e9tiers ?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/2013\/05\/et-si-larchitecture-dentreprise-permettait-enfin-de-briser-la-glace-avec-les-metiers\/\" target=\"_blank\">article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a>.
