Il doit orienter ses M\u00e9tiers dans l\u2019expression de leurs besoins. Il doit aussi les informer sur les services offerts par la DSI. Il doit enfin les conseiller sur la meilleure fa\u00e7on de tirer parti des innovations digitales.<\/p>\n<p>En l\u2019absence de Client manager, la connaissance des enjeux M\u00e9tiers est r\u00e9partie entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs projets. La multiplicit\u00e9 de ces acteurs ne permet pas \u00e0 la DSI d\u2019avoir une vision globale de ces enjeux. Le Client manager est justement celui qui apporte cette coh\u00e9rence. Sa double comp\u00e9tence &#8211; connaissance de la DSI d\u2019une part et des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s M\u00e9tiers de ses clients d\u2019autre part &#8211; garantit la pertinence des solutions apport\u00e9es par la DSI \u00e0 ses M\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Garantir la juste performance des services fournis par la DSI<\/h2>\n<p>Pourquoi opter pour un niveau de service Gold quand le Silver r\u00e9pond totalement aux attentes tout en \u00e9tant \u00e9conomiquement plus int\u00e9ressant\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>En challengeant les besoins de ses M\u00e9tiers et les solutions propos\u00e9es par les responsables d\u2019offres, le Client manager s\u2019assure que les contrats de services apportent bien une r\u00e9ponse pertinente, avec le niveau de service n\u00e9cessaire et suffisant. Le besoin pouvant \u00e9voluer, il revoit r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les contrats. Il identifie avec le M\u00e9tier les modifications \u00e0 y apporter, garantissant ainsi une performance dans la dur\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois un contrat mis-en-\u0153uvre, le Client manager reste l\u2019interlocuteur privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 de ses M\u00e9tiers. En relation avec les Service Delivery Managers, il s\u2019assure du respect des engagements pris par la DSI et informe ses M\u00e9tiers des niveaux de services atteints. Il tient \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le de facilitateur entre ses M\u00e9tiers et les \u00e9quipes DSI lors des \u00e9ventuelles crises pouvant survenir sur les services contractualis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Permettre aux M\u00e9tiers de fiabiliser le pilotage de leur budget IT<\/h2>\n<p>Le Client manager est le partenaire des M\u00e9tiers dans la construction de leurs budgets IT. Sur la base des consommations pass\u00e9es et des \u00e9volutions envisag\u00e9es, il \u00e9value avec eux les volum\u00e9tries de services \u00e0 venir sur l\u2019exercice. Il leur permet ainsi de challenger et de fiabiliser leur budget IT.<\/p>\n<p>Tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, ce dernier informe r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les M\u00e9tiers de l\u2019\u00e9volution des volum\u00e9tries consomm\u00e9es, leur permettant ainsi de d\u00e9tecter et de traiter au plus t\u00f4t les \u00e9carts potentiels.<\/p>\n<p>Au moment de la facturation, il fait le rapprochement entre les factures g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es par le contr\u00f4le de gestion et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle des M\u00e9tiers.
