Mais quelle r\u00e9alit\u00e9 derri\u00e8re le buzzword\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Le Smart r\u00e9-invente la vie quotidienne des consommateurs<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">Pour mieux comprendre le Smart, nous avons partag\u00e9 avec vous ce que sera l<a title=\"La journ\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Smart\u00a0\u00bb de M. Dupont\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/2013\/08\/la-journee-smart-de-mr-dupont\/\">e quotidien de Monsieur Dupont lors d\u2019une \u00a0journ\u00e9e \u00e0<\/a> SmartVille, tant dans sa vie personnelle que professionnelle.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">La majorit\u00e9 des technologies que comporte l\u2019illustration (stores automatiques, <em>smartphone<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.energystream-solucom.fr\/2013\/01\/voitures-electrique-volkswagen\/\" target=\"_blank\">voiture \u00e9lectrique<\/a>, tablette, GPS, <a title=\"La t\u00e9l\u00e9 connect\u00e9e, fiction ou r\u00e9alit\u00e9 ?\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/2012\/07\/la-tele-connectee-fiction-ou-realite\/\" target=\"_blank\">smart TV<\/a> ) existent d\u00e9j\u00e0. Si certaines sont encore \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tape de prototype, comme par exemple <a href=\"http:\/\/www.telcospinner-solucom.fr\/2013\/08\/lexperimentation-dun-nouveau-modele-nfc-avec-la-banque-postale\/\" target=\"_blank\">le paiement par NFC<\/a> (Near field communication), d\u2019autres ont atteint le stade de d\u00e9monstrateurs, comme les Smart grids \u00e0 Lyon et \u00e0 Nice. D\u2019autres, \u00e0 l\u2019instar des applications d\u00e9livrant des informations sur le trafic ou la g\u00e9olocalisation des bornes de v\u00e9los urbains, sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement r\u00e9pandues.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 cette pluralit\u00e9 et \u00e0 cette richesse, parvenir \u00e0 une d\u00e9finition du Smart est \u00a0in\u00e9vitablement g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice de d\u00e9bats\u00a0! On pourrait n\u00e9anmoins le faire en ces termes\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Le Smart, c\u2019est la rencontre entre la vie quotidienne des clients et des \u00e9quipements communicants offrant, \u00e0 chaque instant, un nouveau mode de consommation personnalis\u00e9 et ma\u00eetris\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0Un Smart tributaire des avanc\u00e9es technologiques\u2026 et des aspirations socio-culturelles<\/h2>\n<p>Le Smart s\u2019applique \u00e0 de nombreuses r\u00e9alit\u00e9s : smartphones, smart grids, smart cities\u2026 Adoss\u00e9 \u00e0 un appareil mobile, \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique ou \u00e0 une ville toute enti\u00e8re, le Smart, comme bien d\u2019autres concepts avant lui semble de prime abord <strong>s\u2019incarner dans<\/strong> <strong>la technologie<\/strong> qui dote ces entit\u00e9s de capacit\u00e9s de pilotage et d\u2019intelligence enrichies. On l\u2019aura compris, la technologie joue un r\u00f4le important : pas de smartphone sans processeur avanc\u00e9, pas de Smart grids sans compteurs communicants, pas de Smart cities sans SI \u00e9volu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, cette vision d\u2019un march\u00e9 o\u00f9 l\u2019offre cr\u00e9e automatiquement la demande laisse de c\u00f4t\u00e9 un peu vite le r\u00f4le du client. \u00a0Car au-del\u00e0 des nouveaux usages que permettent le Smart, c\u2019est bien la <strong>capacit\u00e9 d\u2019appropriation<\/strong> <strong>par les clients<\/strong>, et donc l\u2019existence de besoins sous-jacents et pr\u00e9-existants, qui en d\u00e9termineront le succ\u00e8s. Le Smart comme ses anc\u00eatres est bien tributaire des aspirations socio-culturelles et \u00e9conomiques de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. La r\u00e9ussite du <em>walkman<\/em> de Sony, a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cortiqu\u00e9e en mettant en exergue l\u2019individualisation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et l\u2019aspiration croissante \u00e0 une consommation individuelle plut\u00f4t que collective de la musique. Le <em>walkman<\/em> a ainsi tir\u00e9 son succ\u00e8s de la concordance de sa disponibilit\u00e9 avec la glorification de cette aspiration individualiste.<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait dans le cas du Smart distinguer 3 principales tendances de fond, chacune se traduisant en b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour le consommateur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>L\u2019omnipr\u00e9sence des nouvelles technologies comme moyen de faciliter le<\/strong> quotidien : par exemple, le d\u00e9ploiement des technologies NFC permettant de payer, de prendre les transports en commun, de cumuler des points de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La recherche d\u2019optimisation \u00e9conomique<\/strong> : dans le contexte actuel de crise \u00e9conomique mondiale, les solutions Smart permettant d\u2019obtenir le meilleur ratio confort \/ co\u00fbt d\u2019usage r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 une aspiration globale du \u00ab mieux pour moins \u00bb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019\u00e8re d\u2019une consommation responsable<\/strong> <strong>et \u00e9clair\u00e9e<\/strong> : le client accepte de moins en moins de subir ses usages et cherche \u00e0 piloter ses choix de consommation, via une capacit\u00e9 d\u2019arbitrage entre diff\u00e9rentes opportunit\u00e9s possibles (voiture versus transports en commun, niveau de confort versus \u00e9conomies\u2026)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces aspirations, pas de martingale technologique ou d\u2019innovation r\u00e9volutionnaire\u00a0: <strong>l<\/strong><strong>e Smart na\u00eet avant tout de la rencontre<\/strong> <strong>entre <\/strong><strong>diff\u00e9rentes<\/strong><strong> solutions existantes<\/strong> <strong>qui, combin\u00e9es, permettent de nouveaux<\/strong> <strong>usages<\/strong>. Ceci peut partiellement expliquer que le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du Smart reste une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 m\u00e9connue pour le grand public. Fin 2011, le taux de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 du terme n\u2019\u00e9tait que de 21% aux \u00c9tats-Unis (source : JD Power). Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 technologique inond\u00e9e par le marketing de l\u2019innovation, l\u2019\u00e9mergence d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me intelligent prendra du temps pour se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant que le grand public ne s\u2019en empare, ce sont bien entendu les entreprises qui sont au 1<sup>er<\/sup> rang pour accompagner son essor.
