Forme naturelle des start-ups technologiques, elle suppose en revanche une profonde transformation des grandes entreprises.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019entreprise, plateforme ouverte \u00e0 l\u2019externe<\/h2>\n<p>Ses fronti\u00e8res s\u2019ouvrent et int\u00e8grent des parties prenantes (clients, fournisseurs, prestataires de services, institutions\u2026) faisant des entreprises des \u00ab\u00a0architectes\u00a0\u00bb de leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. La forme m\u00eame de l\u2019entreprise change\u00a0; elle se reconfigure en plateforme ouverte aux start-ups, comme <a title=\"Coca Cola Company - from start up to scale up\" href=\"http:\/\/www.coca-colacompany.com\/coca-cola-unbottled\/from-startup-to-scaleup-the-next-wave-of-innovation\" target=\"_blank\">Coca-Cola et ses neufs acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateurs de start-up<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lors du d\u00e9veloppement de produits ou services, de d\u00e9couverte de nouveaux march\u00e9s, d\u2019accompagnement de clients sp\u00e9cifiques, l\u2019entreprise \u00a0se rend compte qu\u2019elle ne peut plus faire seule, elle se tourne alors vers l\u2019externe. L\u2019<em>open<\/em> <em>data<\/em>, le <em>crowdsourcing<\/em> et plus largement l\u2019<em>open innovation <\/em>ouvrent les processus d\u2019innovation \u00e0 la participation d\u2019acteurs externes. En France, les acteurs du transport (SNCF, RATP, KEOLIS\u2026), les collectivit\u00e9s territoriales (ETAPAP), sont particuli\u00e8rement actives dans la mise \u00e0 disposition des donn\u00e9es publiques, permettant aux d\u00e9veloppeurs de cr\u00e9er des applications \u00e0 valeur ajout\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019\u00e9nergie <a title=\"SolucomINSIGHT - SMART\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/category\/dossiers\/smart-dossiers\/\" target=\"_blank\">devenant Smart<\/a>, gageons que les grands \u00e9nerg\u00e9ticiens verront bient\u00f4t fleurir les start-ups utilisant leurs donn\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<em>open innovation <\/em>se fait \u00e9galement par la valorisation d\u2019actifs dormants, ou non &#8220;c\u0153ur de m\u00e9tier&#8221; (brevets, comp\u00e9tences\u2026), en les faisant sortir des contours de l\u2019organisation par la cr\u00e9ation de filiales, de\u00a0<em>joint-ventures<\/em>\u00a0ou de\u00a0licences. C\u2019est ainsi que le Wall Street Journal a \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 3 milliards de dollars le revenu de Procter&amp;Gamble issu de ses technologies sous licence. Nombreuses sont les entreprises, qui ouvrent toujours plus de canaux d\u2019expression aux clients, rendant les \u00e9changes individuels ouverts \u00e0 tous et permettant de capter les signaux externes.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019entreprise, r\u00e9seau de coop\u00e9ration ouvert en interne<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019innovation collaborative, le travail \u00ab\u00a0en mode projet\u00a0\u00bb, favorisent le d\u00e9cloisonnement et ouvrent \u00a0l\u2019entreprise en\u00a0 interne. L\u2019organisation en r\u00e9seaux vient challenger les organisations traditionnelles et matricielles. Les r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise viennent casser les silos\u00a0et compl\u00e9ter l\u2019information <em>top-down<\/em>. Les communaut\u00e9s de pratique cr\u00e9ent plus de coop\u00e9ration. L\u2019int\u00e9gration des applications m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019entreprise permet plus de coordination. Les usages priv\u00e9s (<a title=\"SolucomINSIGHT - BYOD\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/category\/dossiers\/byod\/\" target=\"_blank\">BYOD<\/a>, utilisation professionnelle des outils Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook) p\u00e9n\u00e8trent la sph\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise, effa\u00e7ant encore un peu plus ses fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9passant les seules valeurs de performance individuelle, l\u2019entreprise \u00ab\u00a0ouverte\u00a0\u00bb valorise les capacit\u00e9s de transversalit\u00e9, de collaboration, de partage. Au niveau manag\u00e9rial, ces nouveaux modes de fonctionnement favorisent un <em>leadership<\/em> d\u2019influence et non plus uniquement hi\u00e9rarchique. Les managers jouent un r\u00f4le crucial dans cette transformation, source de r\u00e9sistance ou d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration. Les nouvelles comp\u00e9tences qu\u2019ils devront incarner sont celles d\u2019un animateur capable de favoriser la coop\u00e9ration, de mobiliser l\u2019intelligence collective, de g\u00e9rer le temps collectif et de valoriser les contributions de tous.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019ouverture, un projet de transformation<\/h2>\n<p>De nombreuses entreprises sont aujourd\u2019hui dans cette \u00e9tape d\u2019ouverture, les projets se multiplient. Ces projets se heurtent n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 des \u00e9cueils tels que la difficile valorisation des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices indirects de ces projets (l\u2019agilit\u00e9 est difficilement quantifiable), aux probl\u00e9matiques de confidentialit\u00e9, de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle, de ma\u00eetrise de la r\u00e9putation, \u00e0 la remise en cause de sch\u00e9mas manag\u00e9riaux \u00e9tablis.<\/p>\n<p>Cette mutation n\u2019est pas naturelle pour tous, les projets de transformation des grandes entreprises pour se reconfigurer en entreprise \u00ab\u00a0ouverte\u00a0\u00bb doivent \u00eatre structur\u00e9s pour r\u00e9ussir. Ils\u00a0 touchent \u00e0 la fois la culture, les flux d\u2019information, la structure, les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information et de management de l\u2019entreprise. La coh\u00e9rence passe d\u2019abord par des objectifs et une trajectoire clairs et partag\u00e9s.
