Episode 1.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\"><em>\u00a0<\/em>Pourquoi tant de questions\u2026<\/h2>\n<p>Directeur d\u2019agence n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 un m\u00e9tier simple, mais les nuages se sont accumul\u00e9s. D\u2019une part, les objectifs que l\u2019on se r\u00e9jouissait de d\u00e9passer deviennent plus difficilement atteignables. D\u2019autre part les clients, confiants et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement satisfaits, deviennent r\u00e9ticents, m\u00e9fiants, parfois agressifs. Enfin, les collaborateurs changent.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations sortent de l\u2019activit\u00e9 : elles avaient v\u00e9cu et accompagn\u00e9 la croissance ; elles sont remplac\u00e9es par de nouvelles, impatientes, moins impliqu\u00e9es et souvent plus engag\u00e9es dans une r\u00e9ussite individuelle rapide. Nos Directeurs d\u2019agence ont fait leurs classes dans une p\u00e9riode de d\u00e9veloppement soutenu. Ils ont pris leurs fonctions dans la perspective de poursuivre cette tendance. Ils ne sont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 la nouvelle situation.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">\u00a0\u2026 pour une fonction qui n\u2019est pas remise en cause\u2026<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">Chaque matin, ou presque, nos Directeurs d\u2019agence entendent l\u2019autoradio leur annoncer que l&#8217;internet bancaire va sonner le glas de l\u2019agence traditionnelle. Les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences cit\u00e9es sont l\u2019Angleterre, les Pays-Bas\u2026 mais ce n\u2019est pas digital qui a conduit \u00e0 ces situations. Le nombre d\u2019agences en France conna\u00eetra\u00a0 avant tout une stagnation. La plupart des 38 000 points de vente (Banque Postale comprise) existera toujours dans dix ans. Les chiffres les plus pessimistes annoncent une r\u00e9duction progressive de 15%. Nos Directeurs d\u2019agence seraient rassur\u00e9s s\u2019ils savaient l\u2019attention que leur porte leur Direction G\u00e9n\u00e9rale :\u00a0 ils doivent savoir qu\u2019ils sont toujours per\u00e7us comme la cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte de la banque de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">\u2026 mais qui connait de profondes \u00e9volutions\u2026<\/h2>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>L\u2019autonomie du Directeur d\u2019agence a profond\u00e9ment \u00e9volu\u00e9. Les moyens techniques et les modes de fonctionnement ont transform\u00e9 le m\u00e9tier dans un sens per\u00e7u n\u00e9gativement. Le nombre de mails quotidiens, en destinataire ou en copie va croissant. Il est difficile dans ces conditions d\u2019avoir une\u00a0 strat\u00e9gie, une ligne de conduite, centr\u00e9es sur l\u2019\u00e9quipe et le point de vente. Nos Directeurs d\u2019agence sont \u00ab sous pression \u00bb. Par ailleurs, ils pensent que l\u2019on attend d\u2019eux une connaissance d\u00e9taill\u00e9e et encyclop\u00e9dique des produits, r\u00e8gles et proc\u00e9dures.<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">\u00a0\u2026 dans un environnement bancaire changeant<\/h2>\n<p>Le monde bancaire change, les clients changent. L\u2019avenir n\u2019est pas \u00e9crit. Le manque de perspectives \u00e0 long terme s\u2019accompagne d\u2019incertitudes \u00e0 moyen terme. Les Directeurs d\u2019agence les plus entreprenants b\u00e2tissent un \u00ab plan de d\u00e9veloppement \u00bb \u00e0 trois ans. Ils attendent de leur management un accompagnement. Mais ce management a-t-il lui-m\u00eame fait cet exercice ? G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement non.<\/p>\n<p>Cet \u00e9chelon sup\u00e9rieur, centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019animation commerciale et manag\u00e9riale est essentiellement \u00ab\u00a0\u00a0r\u00e9actif \u00bb : il acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la prise en compte des informations descendantes, il impulse les mesures correctrices pour l\u2019atteinte des objectifs. \u00ab La vie normale \u00bb, ce perp\u00e9tuel mouvement, est per\u00e7u comme de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Navigateur ayant perdu sa boussole, le Directeur d\u2019agence n\u2019affronte plus la haute mer, il se limite au cabotage, en ne perdant jamais de vue la c\u00f4te.
