Mais il faut inscrire <\/em><em>la d\u00e9marche dans la<\/em> <em>dur\u00e9e, <\/em><em>et pour cela, <\/em><em>7 leviers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s suite \u00e0<\/em> <em>diverses \u00e9tudes de cas<\/em><em>. Comment en tirer parti notamment dans une d\u00e9marche d\u2019open innovation\u00a0?<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">L\u2019innovation en 7 leviers incontournables<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a01.Tout d\u2019abord, <strong>une d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation doit <\/strong><strong>s\u2019inscrire<\/strong><strong> dans <\/strong><strong>la strat\u00e9gie de <\/strong><strong>l\u2019entreprise<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong> Bien s\u00fbr elle suit sa propre strat\u00e9gie, mais elle ne saura \u00eatre efficace que si elle est coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 un engagement et une communication forte de la direction. Ce facteur cl\u00e9 est un pilier pour une d\u00e9marche forte et engageante.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a02. Par ailleurs, <strong>un processus d\u2019innovation est un processus \u00e0 part qui doit b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de crit\u00e8res et de comit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9valuation propres \u00e0 chacune de ses phases<\/strong>. Il vit en parall\u00e8le des processus plus classiques de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a03. <strong>Les collaborateurs participant \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche <\/strong><strong>d\u2019innovation <\/strong><a title=\"Solucom - Management et leadership : la responsabilisation et la coop\u00e9ration, cl\u00e9s d'un nouveau paradigme manag\u00e9rial\" href=\"http:\/\/www.solucom.fr\/publication\/management-et-leadership-la-responsabilisation-et-la-cooperation-cles-dun-nouveau-paradigme-managerial\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>doivent \u00eatre responsabilis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a>. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019espaces\u00a0 d\u2019autonomie permet notamment \u00e0 des personnes n\u2019ayant pas forc\u00e9ment de responsabilit\u00e9s manag\u00e9riales de se sentir en confiance pour porter des projets innovants au fur et \u00e0 mesure des phases.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a04. Naturellement, ces espaces d\u2019autonomie n\u2019emp\u00eachent pas un <strong>accompagnement formalis\u00e9 des collaborateurs<\/strong>. Outre des formations et des suivis, l\u2019intervention d\u2019experts m\u00e9tiers fait gagner les projets en pertinence. Cet accompagnement prend \u00e9galement la forme de livrables pr\u00e9d\u00e9finis pour chacune des phases et l\u2019organisation de challenges r\u00e9guliers pour animer la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a05. Cette communaut\u00e9 doit en outre \u00eatre transparente, tout autant que la d\u00e9marche. Une <strong>vision claire des objectifs de la d\u00e9marche, de l\u2019avancement et de l\u2019\u00e9volution de chaque projet aussi bien au sein de la communaut\u00e9 qu\u2019aupr\u00e8s du reste de l\u2019entreprise<\/strong> permet \u00e0 la fois de valoriser le travail effectu\u00e9 et de stimuler l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des autres collaborateurs tout en mettant en avant des synergies entre diff\u00e9rents projets qui gagneront en valeur dans la collaboration.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a06. Le sixi\u00e8me levier est un des plus complexes \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre. <strong>Comment inciter les collaborateurs \u00e0 participer \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation\u00a0? Comment mettre en valeur leur implication<\/strong>. La r\u00e9tribution financi\u00e8re est ce qui semble parfois le plus simple et le plus adapt\u00e9. Au m\u00eame titre que l\u2019int\u00e9ressement aux parts de l\u2019entreprise, ce n\u2019est pourtant pas toujours la r\u00e9ponse la plus pertinente. Une r\u00e9tribution financi\u00e8re, si elle est objectiv\u00e9e sur la quantit\u00e9, peut mettre en p\u00e9ril la qualit\u00e9 de la d\u00e9marche. Par ailleurs, l\u2019incitation doit se faire pour chaque phase du processus, bien que le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une id\u00e9e n\u2019a, a priori, pas la m\u00eame valeur que la participation \u00e0 l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019un projet plus abouti. Et pourtant, sans id\u00e9e, pas de projet. Une \u00e9valuation sp\u00e9cifique et adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque action doit donc \u00eatre mise en place.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\u00a07. Enfin, <strong>un temps libre, d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche doit \u00eatre accord\u00e9 aux participants<\/strong> afin que leur travail principal ne soit pas impact\u00e9 et que dans le m\u00eame temps, les cr\u00e9neaux\u00a0 r\u00e9serv\u00e9s \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche soient plus efficaces. La combinaison de ces 7 leviers garantit la mise en place d\u2019une d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation plus pertinente, plus porteuse de valeur et surtout plus p\u00e9renne.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Alors comment appliquer ces 7 leviers \u00e0 une d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation ouverte ?<\/p>\n<h2 align=\"left\">Un \u00e9change avec l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l\u2019open innovation<\/h2>\n<p align=\"left\">Dans un environnement interconnect\u00e9, une entreprise ne saurait survivre sans son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. Il en va de m\u00eame pour une d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation. Aussi bien les clients que les concurrents ou les l\u00e9gislations peuvent \u00eatre sources d\u2019inspiration. Pour ce qui est de l\u2019open innovation, son principe m\u00eame est fond\u00e9 sur cette ouverture. Wikipedia et les logiciels d\u2019open source l\u2019ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 : une entreprise ne peut plus penser que le savoir est concentr\u00e9 uniquement en son sein. Le savoir est partout et la collaboration, les \u00e9changes l\u2019enrichissent \u00e0 chaque instant.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Une d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation ouverte permet de d\u00e9velopper plus facilement des projets innovants d\u2019envergure de par son organisation. Elle peut notamment mener \u00e0 un essaimage de ces projets facilitant ainsi l\u2019incitation \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la d\u00e9marche. Si la valorisation de la participation \u00e0 travers une participation au capital de l\u2019entreprise peut pr\u00e9senter un int\u00e9r\u00eat limit\u00e9 (la croissance boursi\u00e8re d\u2019une structure importante a souvent une tendance stagnante ou en faible augmentation), proposer une participation au capital d\u2019une entreprise n\u00e9e de l\u2019intrapreneuriat et son essaimage est de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 beaucoup plus stimulante. Outre une croissance plus forte les premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019accomplissement est \u00e9galement plus important. L\u2019id\u00e9e de participer \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une entreprise et \u00e0 son expansion repr\u00e9sente la motivation principale des entrepreneurs et, a fortiori, des intrapreneurs.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Une question se pose alors : comment l\u2019entreprise peut-elle profiter de la valorisation ? De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, comment, dans le cadre d\u2019une d\u00e9marche d&#8217;innovation, travailler avec des start-ups aussi bien rachet\u00e9es que celles n\u00e9es de l\u2019essaimage ? Pour les start-ups n\u00e9es de l\u2019essaimage, comme pour celles qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rachet\u00e9es et \u00e0 l\u2019image du processus d\u2019innovation qui vit en parall\u00e8le des processus classiques, une prise de participation dans le capital est une bonne option. En revanche, ces startups doivent absolument pouvoir \u00e9voluer et cro\u00eetre en parall\u00e8le de l\u2019entreprise m\u00e8re. Une \u00a0r\u00e9int\u00e9gration compl\u00e8te et par cons\u00e9quent une application des processus classiques mettront fin \u00e0 l\u2019innovation. Ces startups doivent donc \u00eatre trait\u00e9es comme des projets de la d\u00e9marche d\u2019innovation avec des crit\u00e8res d\u2019\u00e9valuation et un accompagnement adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leur stade de d\u00e9veloppement. Les \u00e9changes entre les experts de l\u2019entreprise et ceux des startups permettront en outre de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles connaissances pour chaque partie ou m\u00eame de nouveaux projets issus des synergies ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">Les d\u00e9marches d\u2019innovation ont connu une \u00e9volution \u00e0 la hauteur des enjeux \u00e9conomiques qu\u2019elles repr\u00e9sentent. La question pour les entreprises n\u2019est donc plus de savoir si elles se lancent, ni m\u00eame selon quelle m\u00e9thode, mais de savoir adapter chacun des facteurs cl\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s \u00e0 leur environnement tout en tirant partie de leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me. \u00c9cosyst\u00e8me qui demain ne saura se limiter \u00e0 la collaboration avec les clients mais bien englober fournisseurs, concurrents, l\u00e9gislateurs et les autres acteurs qui gravitent autour de l\u2019entreprise pour augmenter la valeur cr\u00e9\u00e9e par l\u2019innovation.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En innovation, il faut \u00e9chouer t\u00f4t pour r\u00e9ussir vite.
