Le Responsable de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 du SI doit alors changer de posture et anticiper l\u2019\u00e9volution des usages m\u00e9tiers et SI, mais aussi des menaces. Ceci est d\u2019autant plus vrai dans le monde de la banque de d\u00e9tail avec des sujets tr\u00e8s concrets comme l\u2019explosion de la mobilit\u00e9, la mise \u00e0 disposition de tablettes dans les agences, l\u2019ouverture du back-office bancaire, ou encore la nouvelle concurrence des plateformes d\u2019interm\u00e9diation pour les clients.<\/p>\n<h2>Ma\u00eetriser les risques au service des m\u00e9tiers<\/h2>\n<p>Le RSSI doit faire \u00e9voluer sa posture, bas\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui en grande partie sur la protection du SI, en am\u00e9liorant ses capacit\u00e9s d\u2019observation et d\u2019anticipation des \u00e9volutions m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enjeu pour lui\u00a0? Adopter un r\u00f4le de facilitateur, pour amener de la fluidit\u00e9, autoriser les nouvelles technologies, les nouveaux usages et ainsi rendre concr\u00e8tes les \u00e9tapes permettant d\u2019int\u00e9grer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans les processus m\u00e9tiers. L\u2019agilit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9livrance\u00a0\u00bb d\u2019un service sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus importants pour les m\u00e9tiers. Si la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 r\u00e9pond trop tard, elle sera souvent ignor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, le RSSI fait face \u00e0 une explosion de la cybercriminalit\u00e9. Des attaques plus cibl\u00e9es, plus sophistiqu\u00e9es et plus destructrices se multiplient. Dans le cadre de l\u2019op\u00e9ration <a title=\"Viruslist - &quot;Op\u00e9ration Ababil&quot; - 2e saison\" href=\"http:\/\/www.viruslist.com\/fr\/news?id=197471003\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ababil<\/a>, de nombreux cas d\u2019attaques DDoS (<i>Distributed Denial of Service<\/i>) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recens\u00e9s contre des banques hollandaises et am\u00e9ricaines (notamment Bank of America). Autre exemple, une <a title=\"01business - Une campagne de phishing tr\u00e8s sophistiqu\u00e9e a touch\u00e9 14 entreprises en France\" href=\"http:\/\/pro.01net.com\/editorial\/595753\/une-campagne-de-fishing-tres-sophistiquee-a-touche-14-entreprises-en-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">campagne de phishing tr\u00e8s sophistiqu\u00e9e<\/a>\u00a0qui a r\u00e9cemment touch\u00e9 14 entreprises en France afin de d\u00e9rober des donn\u00e9es bancaires au travers d\u2019e-mails et d\u2019appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques cibl\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le combat est in\u00e9gal\u00a0: les attaquants sont innovants et rapides alors que le RSSI est contraint par des budgets et la rentabilit\u00e9 attendue des projets. Pour inverser la tendance, il doit se focaliser sur une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9tection et de r\u00e9action face \u00e0 ces attaques. Il doit \u00e9galement rester en veille et prendre une longueur d\u2019avance sur les innovations des cybercriminels.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019id\u00e9al est naturellement d\u2019adopter une approche consistant \u00e0 se concentrer sur les risques jug\u00e9s prioritaires d\u2019un point de vue s\u00e9curit\u00e9 mais aussi\u2026 m\u00e9tiers\u00a0! Ceci \u00a0bien entendu, tout en r\u00e9pondant aux exigences de la conformit\u00e9 qui vont grandissant sur les sujets de la lutte contre le blanchiment, le terrorisme ou encore la fraude.<\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 la multiplication des sujets, il para\u00eet essentiel d\u2019aller plus loin que les pratiques classiques de plans d\u2019action tri-annuels. Il convient se doter d\u2019un outil pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre l\u2019\u00e9quation\u00a0entre innovation et s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Mais alors quel outil utiliser pour avoir une vision globale\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2>Mettre en place un outil d\u2019anticipation : construire le radar SSI<\/h2>\n<p>Le <b>radar SSI<\/b>, est un outil simple et visuel permettant le suivi des nouveaux usages, des menaces et des r\u00e9glementations. Utile dans tous les secteurs, Solucom l\u2019a en particulier d\u00e9clin\u00e9 dans le secteur de la banque de d\u00e9tail.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019accompagne d\u2019un processus de veille permettant d\u2019anticiper les \u00e9volutions et d\u2019orienter la strat\u00e9gie SSI afin de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre aux besoins d\u2019ouverture, de mobilit\u00e9, de fluidit\u00e9 exprim\u00e9s par les m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>En partant des sujets bruts identifi\u00e9s dans les actions de veille de Solucom, le RSSI choisira de prioriser les th\u00e8mes majeurs propres \u00e0 son environnement pour ensuite d\u00e9finir une fiche actions par th\u00e8me. Ces fiches d\u00e9clenchent par la suite des r\u00e9actions \u00e0 court terme ou des projets \u00e0 moyen terme afin de fournir une r\u00e9ponse s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en avance de phase des demandes. \u00c0 travers cette transformation du mode op\u00e9ratoire et du positionnement du responsable s\u00e9curit\u00e9, celui-ci devient porteur d\u2019innovation et enraye son image de frein aux innovations.<\/p>\n<p>En mai dernier, au cours de la remise des <b>Troph\u00e9es de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9,<\/b> les discussions ont port\u00e9 sur l\u2019avenir de la fonction de RSSI. <a title=\"01net - Trois voies d'avenir pour les RSSI\" href=\"http:\/\/pro.01net.com\/editorial\/595831\/troie-voies-davenir-pour-les-rssi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Trois pistes <\/a>ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9es. Parmi elles, celle d\u2019 \u00ab\u00a0Expert s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en solutions m\u00e9tiers\u00a0\u00bb. Cette voie n\u00e9cessiterait une int\u00e9gration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s en amont dans les projets\u00a0: la cl\u00e9 selon nous d\u2019une innovation ma\u00eetris\u00e9e au sein de la DSI.
