Ce secteur est, depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, confront\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs mutations\u00a0: en premier lieu, la <b>multi-bancarisation <\/b>des clients (23% des fran\u00e7ais ont des comptes dans plusieurs banques<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn2\">[2]<\/a>)\u00a0; ensuite le <b>changement d\u2019habitude<\/b> de consommation et les <b>nouveaux usages<\/b> des clients (68% des internautes consultent leur compte bancaire en ligne au moins une fois par semaine<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn3\">[3]<\/a>)\u00a0; sans oublier enfin l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de <b>nouveaux acteurs<\/b> dans le secteur, qui incite les banques fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 revoir leurs mod\u00e8les et \u00e0 s\u2019adapter \u00e0 ces changements. Cette adaptation se manifeste par l\u2019\u00e9mergence de deux principaux segments dans <b>le march\u00e9 de la banque \u00e0 distance <\/b>: les pure players d\u2019une part, les agences virtuelles de l\u2019autre.<\/p>\n<h2>Un nouveau paysage bancaire\u00a0: <i>pure players <\/i>versus agences bancaires \u00e0 distance<\/h2>\n<p>Les <i>pure players<\/i> de la banque \u00e0 distance sont historiquement des \u00e9tablissements d\u2019\u00e9pargne ou des courtiers qui proposent une relation exclusivement \u00e0 distance et sur internet. Parmi eux, on peut par exemple citer en France Boursorama Bank, ING Direct, Fortuneo, Hello Bank et Monabanq. Si ces acteurs adoptent tr\u00e8s souvent une strat\u00e9gie <i>low-cost<\/i> pour attirer leurs clients, ils restent d\u00e9pendants des acteurs traditionnels puisqu\u2019un nouveau client d\u2019un <i>pure player<\/i> doit saisir les coordonn\u00e9es bancaires de son compte principal pour finaliser son adh\u00e9sion. Aujourd\u2019hui, le <b>principal d\u00e9fi<\/b> de ces banques est <b>l\u2019acquisition de clients<\/b>, qui passe par l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 et la confiance des clients dans leur mod\u00e8le.<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sence de plus en plus importante des <i>pure players<\/i>, les banques traditionnelles ont adopt\u00e9 une <b>strat\u00e9gie d\u00e9fensive<\/b> pour affirmer leur pr\u00e9sence sur internet et proposer des services \u00e0 distance\u00a0: la Net Agence de BNP Paribas, elcl de LCL, La Banque Postale Chez Soi de La Banque Postale, Agence Directe de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale.. Les agences virtuelles sont adoss\u00e9es \u00e0 un groupe bancaire traditionnel dont elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de l\u2019historique et de l\u2019expertise. Leur\u00a0 <b>strat\u00e9gie tarifaire est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement identique \u00e0 celle des agences physiques<\/b>, avec souvent des offres promotionnelles pour les clients en ligne. Leur strat\u00e9gie est bas\u00e9e sur<b> la confiance des clients<\/b> et <b>la notori\u00e9t\u00e9 de leur marque<\/b> et une proposition de services \u00e0 distance innovants. Leur <b>principal d\u00e9fi<\/b> est la <b>fid\u00e9lisation des clients<\/b> et la <b>gestion du risque de cannibalisation <\/b>entre agences et sites internet.<\/p>\n<h2>Image de marque et notori\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>En France, le <b>NPS (<i>Net Promoter Score<\/i>)<\/b> des <i>pure players<\/i> est plus favorable que celui des banques de r\u00e9seaux. Cet indicateur mesure la diff\u00e9rence entre la proportion <b>de clients pr\u00eats \u00e0 recommander (prescripteurs)<\/b> leur banque de d\u00e9tail et ceux qui <b>ne le sont pas (d\u00e9tracteurs)<\/b> Il s\u2019av\u00e8re d\u00e9favorable aux banques fran\u00e7aises puisque leur NPS s\u2019\u00e9tablit en moyenne \u00e0 -13 %. Deux banques \u00e0 r\u00e9seau \u2013 Banque postale (+9%) et Cr\u00e9dit Mutuel (+4%) \u2013parviennent \u00e0 avoir plus de promoteurs que de d\u00e9tracteurs, tandis que deux banques en ligne \u2013 Boursorama et ING \u2013 peuvent m\u00eame se targuer d\u2019avoir pour promoteurs plus de la moiti\u00e9 de leurs clients (respectivement 59% et 54), soit des scores respectifs de +51% et +48%<a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftn4\">[4]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les crit\u00e8res qui permettent d\u2019\u00e9valuer ce score, on retrouve <b>les canaux digitaux<\/b> (c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire \u00ab la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019utiliser quotidiennement, de fa\u00e7on autonome et efficace, le service bancaire \u00bb). Ce crit\u00e8re <b>renforce la recommandation client<\/b> sans pour autant la desservir.<\/p>\n<h2>Pour quelle strat\u00e9gie opter\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Les banques fran\u00e7aises \u00e0 distance adoptent des nouvelles approches qui les diff\u00e9rencient peu les unes des autres. Certains <i>pure players<\/i> ont mis en place des agences physiques revisit\u00e9es. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple,\u00a0 ING Direct propose l\u2019ING Direct Caf\u00e9 qui ressemble \u00e0 un espace d\u00e9tente et propose des services bancaires aux clients. Les agences bancaires virtuelles proposent quant \u00e0 elles des services de mise en relation diff\u00e9renciants par rapport aux <i>pure players<\/i> (Chat, Visioconf\u00e9rence, SMS, Web Call Back).<\/p>\n<p>Pour accompagner l\u2019\u00e9volution des usages des clients, les banques tendent n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 proposer diff\u00e9rentes approches. Axa a ainsi lanc\u00e9 en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e 2014 une <b>offre bancaire 100% mobile<\/b> sous la marque <b>SOON<\/b>. La Banque Postale teste quant \u00e0 elle un service de paiement par authentification vocale d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 <b>Talk to pay<\/b>. De leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s, trois banques fran\u00e7aises (BNP Paribas, Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 G\u00e9n\u00e9rale et La Banque Postale) se sont associ\u00e9es pour proposer <b>Paylib\u2026<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Certaines banques, enfin, \u00a0misent sur l\u2019open data et le d\u00e9cloisonnement des donn\u00e9es pour appuyer leur strat\u00e9gie d\u2019innovation relationnelle et proposer au client une exp\u00e9rience client et des services adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 ces usages. Pour y parvenir, deux banques proposent des Open APIs (<i>Application Programming Interface<\/i>), c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elles permettent \u00e0 certains d\u00e9veloppeurs externes \u00e0 la banque d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux informations de leur syst\u00e8me d\u2019information (mis \u00e0 part\u00a0 les donn\u00e9es personnelles des clients), pour d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles applications. La premi\u00e8re initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par le cr\u00e9dit Agricole\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.creditagricolestore.fr\/\"><b>CAStore<\/b><\/a>) et a permis de mettre \u00e0 disposition 39 applications gratuites. La deuxi\u00e8me initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre par <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.axabanque.fr\/api\/index.html\"><b>Axa<\/b><\/a> en 2012.<\/p>\n<h2>Les enjeux de demain pour les banques fran\u00e7aises<\/h2>\n<p>Afin de construire le mod\u00e8le de demain, les banques doivent miser sur quatre \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er de <b>la proximit\u00e9<\/b> avec les clients en proposant une <b>exp\u00e9rience utilisateur globale et coh\u00e9rente<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><\/b>Offrir des services adapt\u00e9s en se basant sur la <b>gamification<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b><\/b>Mettre en <b>coh\u00e9rence<\/b> les diff\u00e9rents canaux propos\u00e9s au client (agences physiques, agence en ligne, applications mobiles, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/2014\/03\/banque-et-reseaux-sociaux-vers-une-evolution-programmee-des-strategies-digitales\/\">r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/a>, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Faire de la donn\u00e9e en <b>temps r\u00e9el<\/b> un vrai atout strat\u00e9gique pour profiler, cibler et personnaliser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La prise en compte de ces enjeux permettrait aux banques d\u2019adopter des strat\u00e9gies proactives pour contrecarrer\u00a0l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux acteurs dans le secteur et l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/2014\/03\/modeles-bancaires-quid-de-levolution-des-usages-et-de-la-relation-client\/\">\u00e9volution rapide des usages des clients<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div><br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<hr align=\"left\" size=\"1\" width=\"33%\" \/>\n<div>\n<p><a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a> Rapport de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Bancaire Fran\u00e7aise\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0La Banque des particuliers et des entreprises\u00a0\u00bb. 2014.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><a title=\"\" href=\"#_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a> Enqu\u00eate IFOP.
