Elle prend par cons\u00e9quent une part de plus en plus importante dans le m\u00e9tier des transporteurs qui la consid\u00e8rent aujourd\u2019hui comme un levier important pour le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.proximamobile.fr\/article\/le-mobile-au-coeur-des-innovations-dans-les-transports\">report modal<\/a><\/i><sup>1<\/sup><i>.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>\u00a0<\/i><i>Pourtant, c\u00f4t\u00e9 application mobiles, cette information est encore trop souvent incompl\u00e8te. Et s\u2019il est possible d\u2019\u00eatre inform\u00e9 des perturbations d\u2019une ligne ou d\u2019un transporteur particulier, le r\u00e9seau d\u2019un territoire se compose quant \u00e0 lui d\u2019une multitude de lignes, transports et transporteurs\u2026 Ainsi, d\u00e8s qu\u2019il effectue un trajet multimodal ou multi-transporteurs, le voyageur se voit contraint de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger plusieurs applications\u00a0! Et en cas de perturbation, c\u2019est encore lui qui le plus souvent construit lui-m\u00eame son nouvel itin\u00e9raire, alors que si les donn\u00e9es \u00e9taient consolid\u00e9es, les applications pourraient rendre ce service \u00e0 forte valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><i>Pourquoi est-ce si difficile de recevoir et d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 une IV temps r\u00e9el\u00a0consolid\u00e9e sur son territoire ? Est-ce mission impossible\u00a0?<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>Informations th\u00e9oriques et informations temps r\u00e9el\u00a0: les deux visages de l\u2019information voyageur<\/h2>\n<p>Il faut en effet distinguer les deux principales familles de l\u2019Information voyageur.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, il y a <strong>l\u2019offre th\u00e9orique<\/strong> avec les horaires planifi\u00e9s, la topologie du r\u00e9seau ainsi que les tarifs. Pour les usagers, ces donn\u00e9es sont les plus accessibles car, du fait notamment de leur stabilit\u00e9 dans le temps, elles sont facilement int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans les Syst\u00e8mes d\u2019Information Voyageur (SIV).<\/p>\n<p>De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, il y a <strong>l\u2019information temps r\u00e9el<\/strong>, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 plus obscure. De ce c\u00f4t\u00e9 on retrouve toutes les informations li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation du r\u00e9seau de transport r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 travers les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019aide \u00e0 l\u2019exploitation (SAE), telles que les horaires de passage des v\u00e9hicules aux arr\u00eats, ou encore la gestion des incidents. \u00c0 l\u2019origine, cette information, associ\u00e9e au m\u00e9tier de l\u2019exploitant, n\u2019\u00e9tait pas destin\u00e9e aux voyageurs. Malgr\u00e9 les tentatives de d\u00e9mocratisation des SAE-IV dont le p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de diffusion reste tout de m\u00eame tr\u00e8s localis\u00e9 (bornes d\u2019information voyageur, \u00e9crans publics, bandeaux lumineux et sonores dans les v\u00e9hicules), cela continue de se traduire chez les op\u00e9rateurs de transport par des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information temps r\u00e9el et th\u00e9orique cloisonn\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce cloisonnement entra\u00eene bien souvent des incoh\u00e9rences. On peut le voir notamment lors de modifications du plan de transport qui sont r\u00e9percut\u00e9s en \u00ab\u00a0th\u00e9orique\u00a0\u00bb mais pas en temps \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9el\u00a0\u00bb (ou inversement), ce qui dans le pire des cas conduit \u00e0 une information fausse sur certains canaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IV-th\u00e9orique-IV-temps-r\u00e9el.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-5664\" src=\"http:\/\/www.solucominsight.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IV-th\u00e9orique-IV-temps-r\u00e9el.png\" alt=\"IV th\u00e9orique IV temps r\u00e9el\" width=\"616\" height=\"309\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IV-th\u00e9orique-IV-temps-r\u00e9el.png 1027w, https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IV-th\u00e9orique-IV-temps-r\u00e9el-381x191.png 381w, https:\/\/www.riskinsight-wavestone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/08\/IV-th\u00e9orique-IV-temps-r\u00e9el-71x36.png 71w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 616px) 100vw, 616px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Une multimodalit\u00e9 aggravante<\/h2>\n<p>Les modes de transports urbains et interurbains propos\u00e9s sur un m\u00eame territoire sont de plus en plus vari\u00e9s : train, m\u00e9tro, bus, tramway, trolleybus, etc.\u00a0 Cette multimodalit\u00e9 cache \u00e9galement bien souvent une multiplicit\u00e9 de SIV voire de SAE (un syst\u00e8me d\u00e9di\u00e9 au tram et un autre d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux bus au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame transporteur par exemple). Qui plus est, les op\u00e9rateurs de transport ont \u00e9galement tendance \u00e0 se multiplier plus qu\u2019\u00e0 se concentrer dans un m\u00eame r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n<p>Le cloisonnement historique des deux SI (temps r\u00e9el et th\u00e9orique) coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9multiplication des op\u00e9rateurs et des modes de transports rend complexe et co\u00fbteuse l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouvelles formes de services aux voyageurs agr\u00e9geant toutes les donn\u00e9es de transport existantes sur un territoire pour apporter une r\u00e9elle valeur ajout\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, ces freins ne paralysent pas totalement les acteurs des transports publics, \u00e0 l\u2019instar des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.transport-intelligent.net\/produits-services\/article\/systemes-d-information-multimodaux\">plateformes r\u00e9gionales<\/a> qui se d\u00e9veloppent sous l\u2019impulsion des collectivit\u00e9s territoriales et des autorit\u00e9s organisatrices des transports. Ces \u00ab\u00a0Syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information multimodale\u00a0\u00bb (SIM) ont en effet pour but d\u2019agr\u00e9ger les donn\u00e9es provenant de plusieurs op\u00e9rateurs en permettant ainsi de diffuser une information enrichie et coh\u00e9rente sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire.<\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9ussite de ces syst\u00e8mes qui mobilisent l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes du secteur passe par la formalisation des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00e9changer entre acteurs. Il y a ici deux possibilit\u00e9s\u00a0: formaliser des \u00e9changes point \u00e0 point sp\u00e9cifiques, ou bien se regrouper autour d\u2019un standard commun. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 l\u2019effort n\u00e9cessaire pour formaliser un domaine aussi complexe que l\u2019Information voyageur, des standards d\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 ont rapidement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis.<\/p>\n<p><em>Aussi, on pourrait imaginer la solution du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bivi.qualite.afnor.org\/ofm\/management-de-la-qualite\/i\/i-50\">normalisation<\/a> des \u00e9changes inter-syst\u00e8mes, mais cela repr\u00e9sente un chantier complexe impliquant des investissements importants de la part de tous les acteurs publics et priv\u00e9s du domaine.
