Mais s\u2019il rend les \u00e9quipes t\u00e9l\u00e9coms plus agiles (diminution du temps de mise en place, des co\u00fbts\u2026), il permet aussi dans certains cas aux clients internes de se passer de la DSI. Il est donc imp\u00e9ratif pour le responsable t\u00e9l\u00e9coms d\u2019\u00e9tudier ces offres, voire de les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 son catalogue de services pour mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins de ses clients et \u00e9viter le recours \u00e0 des solutions alternatives non ma\u00eetris\u00e9es.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Le <i>cloud<\/i> n\u2019a cependant pas le m\u00eame impact sur toutes les composantes des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019audioconf\u00e9rence et la webconf\u00e9rence, services <i>early adopters<\/i> du <i>cloud<\/i><\/h2>\n<p>Les services d\u2019audioconf\u00e9rence et de webconf\u00e9rence sont d\u00e9sormais quasi-exclusivement fournis en mode SaaS. Ces services \u00e9tant relativement simples \u00e0 acheter et \u00e0 mettre en place, il n\u2019est pas rare qu\u2019il y ait plusieurs contrats pour un m\u00eame service au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Les fournisseurs de solutions de communications unifi\u00e9es veulent se positionner en concurrent de ces solutions. Pour autant, les probl\u00e9matiques d\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 de ces solutions pour communiquer entre des entreprises diff\u00e9rentes font que les services SaaS restent aujourd\u2019hui leaders de ce domaine.<\/p>\n<h2>Des centres de relation client qui s\u2019appuient de plus en plus sur des services <i>cloud<\/i><\/h2>\n<p>Les probl\u00e9matiques de centres de relation client sont souvent port\u00e9s par les m\u00e9tiers ou par les DSI les plus proches des m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 montre aujourd\u2019hui un mouvement vers des solutions <i>cloud<\/i>. Si les prix sont bien \u00e9videmment un moteur de cette \u00e9volution, pouvoir permettre aux m\u00e9tiers de faire \u00e9voluer facilement la configuration fonctionnelle et ne pas avoir besoin de comp\u00e9tences pointues en interne favorise l\u2019adoption du <i>cloud.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e0 noter que, pour les CRC, la d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des fournisseurs est forte. Soit parce que la solution est en mode <i>cloud<\/i> et que la r\u00e9versibilit\u00e9 est complexe, soit parce qu\u2019il y a forte d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis de l\u2019\u00e9diteur si la solution est internalis\u00e9e. Le crit\u00e8re de d\u00e9pendance vis \u00e0 vis d\u2019un fournisseur n\u2019est donc pas discriminant pour le choix d\u2019une solution. Ceci explique probablement pourquoi ce mouvement d\u2019adoption des solutions <i>cloud<\/i> est aussi net alors m\u00eame que les solutions sont amen\u00e9es \u00e0 fortement \u00e9voluer sous la pression des projets de transformation num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<h2>Le <i>cloud<\/i>, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de services : la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence de salle<\/h2>\n<p>La vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence de salle s\u2019est profond\u00e9ment renouvel\u00e9e avec l\u2019apparition de nouvelles offres de service reposant sur le <i>cloud.<\/i> Si le <i>cloud <\/i>n\u2019est pas \u00e0 lui seul la source du renouveau de la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence, il a n\u00e9anmoins permis son enrichissement fonctionnel et une am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<p>Il est possible de distinguer deux types de vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence : la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence immersive et la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence de salle.<\/p>\n<p>La vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence immersive \u00e9tant un service r\u00e9cent destin\u00e9 aux VIP, elle reste un service transverse aux diff\u00e9rentes branches de l\u2019entreprise que la DSI groupe est la plus l\u00e9gitime \u00e0 fournir. Pour les solutions immersives, les clients optent fr\u00e9quemment pour des solutions cl\u00e9 en main reposant sur le <i>cloud<\/i>, notamment en raison d\u2019un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre relativement faible de salles, d\u2019utilisateurs VIP et de contraintes budg\u00e9taires moins fortes que sur la visioconf\u00e9rence classique.<\/p>\n<p><i>A contrario<\/i>, l\u2019impact du <i>cloud <\/i>sur la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence classique est plus mod\u00e9r\u00e9. Le march\u00e9 passe d\u2019un mod\u00e8le int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le infog\u00e9r\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 un mod\u00e8le <i>cloud<\/i>. Ceci s\u2019explique par le poids de l\u2019existant et les volumes consid\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00e9l\u00e9coms industrielles : le <i>cloud<\/i>, pilier de la nouvelle r\u00e9volution<\/h2>\n<p>Les solutions industrielles s\u2019appuient sur deux piliers : des solutions t\u00e9l\u00e9coms innovantes et des services <i>cloud<\/i> le plus souvent capables de traiter un grand volume de donn\u00e9es. Le Big Bata jouera un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans cette r\u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<h2>La vid\u00e9o sur le poste de travail : le <em>cloud<\/em> peut-il en favoriser l\u2019\u00e9mergence ?<\/h2>\n<p>Les services de vid\u00e9o sur le poste de travail se d\u00e9veloppent notamment chez les grands comptes avec des \u00e9quipes r\u00e9parties dans le monde entier, en compl\u00e9ment d\u2019une vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence de salle ou lors de la mise en place de projets de communications unifi\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Le <i>cloud<\/i> pourrait faciliter l\u2019\u00e9mergence de ces usages, notamment en facilitant les <i>Proof of Concept<\/i>. Ceci est d\u2019autant plus vrai qu\u2019il existe des services d\u2019interconnexion <i>cloud<\/i> permettant de relier ces solutions sur postes de travail \u00e0 d\u2019autres moyens de communication comme la vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<h2>La t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, toujours plus externalis\u00e9e, mais pas encore dans le <em>cloud<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Les solutions de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie des grandes entreprises sont maintenant tr\u00e8s majoritairement des solutions IP. Le mouvement vers l\u2019IP \u00e9tant bien amorc\u00e9, les organisations associ\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement en cours de transformation. La t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie a d\u00e9j\u00e0 bascul\u00e9 des services g\u00e9n\u00e9raux vers les \u00e9quipes SI. En parall\u00e8le, la plus grande criticit\u00e9 des syst\u00e8mes centralis\u00e9s et le recours \u00e0 une expertise nouvelle fait que l\u2019exploitation de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie a d\u00fb \u00eatre renforc\u00e9e. Ce renforcement passe souvent par une externalisation de tout ou partie de la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie. De fait, la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie est de plus en plus souvent infog\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Pour autant, cette externalisation ne va pas jusqu\u2019au <i>cloud<\/i> : la t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie en mode<i> cloud <\/i>public n\u2019a toujours pas perc\u00e9 chez les grandes entreprises. N\u00e9anmoins, une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie dans le <i>cloud<\/i> \u00e9merge aujourd\u2019hui : promesses de gains plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, limitations fonctionnelles moins nombreuses, int\u00e9gration de fonctionnalit\u00e9s de communications unifi\u00e9es&#8230; Le service, qui reste tr\u00e8s jeune, conna\u00eetra peut-\u00eatre un d\u00e9collage dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n<p><i>En conclusion, le cloud est pr\u00e9sent sur de plus en plus de services t\u00e9l\u00e9coms que ce soit des services \u00e0 l\u2019utilisateur ou des t\u00e9l\u00e9coms m\u00e9tier. C\u2019est une opportunit\u00e9 pour le responsable t\u00e9l\u00e9coms de d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux services et d\u2019apporter plus de valeur aux utiliseurs. Il semble d\u2019autant plus n\u00e9cessaire pour lui de se positionner en offreur de services innovants que les m\u00e9tiers seront tent\u00e9s de se passer de la DSI pour les acheter &#8211; au d\u00e9triment des bonnes pratiques de gouvernance. <\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le cloud facilite la mise en place de nouveaux services t\u00e9l\u00e9coms.
