Dans le m\u00eame temps, d\u2019autres fonctions de l\u2019entreprise se renfor\u00e7aient. La fonction Organisation serait-elle sur le d\u00e9clin ?<\/i><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<b>Des \u00e9quipes aguerries mais une fonction en p\u00e9ril\u00a0?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Premier grand enseignement de cette cuv\u00e9e 2014\u00a0: les structures Organisation conservent leur place aupr\u00e8s des directions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Nombre d\u2019entre elles ont su s\u2019imposer dans un r\u00f4le de \u00ab tour de contr\u00f4le \u00bb des projets de l\u2019entreprise. Les Organisateurs d\u00e9veloppent et diffusent la culture projet. Cette diversification leur permet d\u2019aborder une large palette d\u2019interventions, au c\u0153ur de la transformation num\u00e9rique et du multicanal. Pourtant, les organisateurs restent souvent confin\u00e9s \u00e0 des projets de d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019outils, de \u00ab versionning \u00bb, dans des contextes o\u00f9 la conduite du changement se limite \u00e0 un habillage des proc\u00e9dures et des formations \u00ab de prise en main \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Si les \u00e9quipes se distinguent par une stabilit\u00e9 et une \u00ab s\u00e9niorit\u00e9 \u00bb \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Cette situation qui para\u00eet un avantage constitue un risque. Un d\u00e9calage s\u2019instituant entre l\u2019Organisation senior et un r\u00e9seau de distribution rajeuni. S\u2019y ajoutent d\u2019autres d\u00e9calages potentiels avec les \u00e9volutions des usages relationnels, des modes de consommation d\u2019une client\u00e8le avide d\u2019innovation. Sans oublier qu\u2019\u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019Organisation, les directions de la transformation et du digital, tr\u00e8s attractives et valoris\u00e9es, font leur apparition dans les organigrammes et interviennent sur des probl\u00e9matiques tr\u00e8s proches de ceux de l\u2019Organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Au final, la fonction Organisation exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e, comp\u00e9tente, efficace et efficiente, ne valorisant plus son action, risque de s\u2019effacer progressivement et de perdre son importance dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><b>Un d\u00e9sir d\u2019avenir\u2026orient\u00e9 client<\/b><\/h2>\n<p>En qu\u00eate de renouvellement la fonction doit dessiner son avenir.
