Toutes les lignes m\u00e9tiers et toutes les directions de l\u2019entreprise sont sollicit\u00e9es par ces transformations, mais les DSI sont tout particuli\u00e8rement impact\u00e9es.\u00a0Quatre grandes tendances aussi bien exog\u00e8nes qu\u2019endog\u00e8nes tirent l\u2019\u00e9volution de ces derni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<h2>Un SI de plus en plus strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019heure est \u00e0 la d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialisation, aux objets connect\u00e9s, au <em>Big data<\/em>\u2026 Classiquement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un simple support de fonctionnement, le SI est maintenant devenu dans tous les secteurs un actif strat\u00e9gique, moteur de la performance commerciale et op\u00e9rationnelle de l\u2019entreprise. Son repr\u00e9sentant et responsable, le DSI, intervient de plus en plus fr\u00e9quemment au COMEX. Cette \u00e9volution de statut am\u00e8ne la DSI et les M\u00e9tiers \u00e0 resserrer leur relation et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de leurs \u00e9changes. Il s\u2019agit pour la DSI de progresser dans sa compr\u00e9hension des M\u00e9tiers, de revoir ses m\u00e9thodes de travail pour \u00eatre plus agile et d\u2019apporter une contribution plus forte en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leurs enjeux. En somme, il s\u2019agit de passer d\u2019une relation client-fournisseur \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable partenariat M\u00e9tiers-DSI.<\/p>\n<h2>La performance \u00e9conomique au centre des pr\u00e9occupations des DSI<\/h2>\n<p>En temps de crise, la performance \u00e9conomique est un enjeu majeur. Cette contrainte de l\u2019efficience s\u2019impose donc naturellement aux DSI. Historiquement consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme des centres de co\u00fbts, les DSI doivent ainsi progressivement rattraper leur retard en mati\u00e8re de pilotage \u00e9conomique tout en r\u00e9duisant d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui leurs budgets de fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<h2>Des \u00e9volutions technologiques toujours plus complexes et rapides<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des cycles de vie combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une complexit\u00e9 toujours croissante des technologies oblige<br \/>\nla DSI \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des expertises pointues tout en continuant \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser le parc technologique existant. Elle doit ainsi savoir d\u00e9tecter et adopter rapidement les technologies et services qui offriront demain des opportunit\u00e9s strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<h2>Un march\u00e9 IT proposant des services diversifi\u00e9s et performants<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 la fois menace et opportunit\u00e9, le march\u00e9 de l\u2019IT vient bousculer la DSI. Des grandes infog\u00e9rances jusqu\u2019aux applications en SaaS, il propose de plus en plus d\u2019offres performantes au service de la DSI ainsi que des solutions quasi-cl\u00e9 en main qui peuvent \u00eatre spontan\u00e9ment adopt\u00e9es par les M\u00e9tiers. La DSI doit tout \u00e0 la fois faciliter et canaliser l\u2019adoption de ces services. C\u2019est une opportunit\u00e9 lui permettant d\u2019augmenter sa valeur ajout\u00e9e en se concentrant sur les activit\u00e9s les plus strat\u00e9giques.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est aussi un enjeu de ma\u00eetrise du SI, un vrai challenge pour la DSI qui se transforme en \u00ab int\u00e9grateur de service\u00bb et n\u2019op\u00e8re plus en direct qu\u2019une partie limit\u00e9e de ce SI. Tous ces changements impactent fortement les activit\u00e9s historiques de la DSI et impliquent la mont\u00e9e en puissance de nouvelles activit\u00e9s. Ces derni\u00e8res d\u00e9cennies, les effectifs des DSI n\u2019ont d\u2019ailleurs pas cess\u00e9 d\u2019augmenter pour faire face \u00e0 la croissance des besoins en syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment les DSI doivent-elles faire \u00e9voluer leurs comp\u00e9tences ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour se donner plus de flexibilit\u00e9 et r\u00e9duire leurs co\u00fbts, les DSI ont couvert une partie de ces besoins par un appel de plus en plus massif \u00e0 la sous-traitance, sans toutefois se doter d\u2019une vision sur le long terme en mati\u00e8re de gestion des \u00e9quipes internes. Ces \u00e9volutions se font par \u00ab \u00e0 coup \u00bb sans s\u2019appuyer sur une strat\u00e9gie pens\u00e9e de Gestion Pr\u00e9visionnelle des Effectifs et des Comp\u00e9tences (GPEC). Mais la donne est en train de changer : le rythme de transformation impos\u00e9 par l\u2019explosion du digital, les contraintes de performance \u00e9conomique ou les nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s du march\u00e9 de l\u2019IT implique un repositionnement des effectifs de la DSI beaucoup plus fr\u00e9quent et beaucoup plus marqu\u00e9 qu\u2019auparavant.<\/p>\n<p>Les DSI doivent donc maintenant int\u00e9grer dans leurs fondamentaux les meilleures pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines (recrutement, formation, d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences manag\u00e9riales et relationnelles, fid\u00e9lisation des talents\u2026) avec l\u2019objectif de d\u00e9velopper l\u2019agilit\u00e9 de leurs effectifs (mobilit\u00e9, capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 changer d\u2019activit\u00e9, de technologie, meilleure connaissance du m\u00e9tier de l\u2019entreprise\u2026).<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s\u2019agit bien s\u00fbr pas de d\u00e9terminer plusieurs ann\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019avance le parcours d\u2019\u00e9volution de chaque individu, mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019installer les pratiques de management qui vont permettre une meilleure gestion du capital humain de la DSI, condition sine qua non pour r\u00e9ussir le mouvement de mont\u00e9e en valeur de la DSI et tirer pleinement parti des nouvelles technologies du num\u00e9rique.<\/p>\n<p>Mais comment se lancer\u00a0?
