Comment ? \u00c9nerg\u00e9ticiens, voici 7 cl\u00e9s pour vous accompagner dans cette d\u00e9marche.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>1 &#8211; Agissez, agissez, agissez !<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab <em>The only way to do it IS to do it <\/em>\u00bb, est le 1er message que l\u2019on voit lorsque l\u2019on rentre dans la <em>D-Scholl <\/em>de Stanford. Cette maxime s\u2019applique particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la valorisation des donn\u00e9es.\u00a0Dans cet environnement en \u00e9bullition, en perp\u00e9tuel mouvement avec de nombreux acteurs tr\u00e8s agiles, il ne faut pas perdre de temps \u00e0 \u00e9tudier et \u00e0 faire des plans.\u00a0C\u2019est bien en essayant et en interagissant avec les clients, les <em>start-ups <\/em>et les acteurs d\u2019autres secteurs que l\u2019on apprend, sans avoir peur des \u00e9checs.\u00a0Il faut avoir l\u2019obsession de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019id\u00e9es, de l\u2019action et de l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation.<\/p>\n<h2>2 &#8211; Raisonnez \u00e9volution du <em>business model<\/em>. Oubliez les business plans.<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019innovation en rupture r\u00e9siste rarement au business plan, qui exige une visibilit\u00e9 sur les temps de retour.\u00a0Les donn\u00e9es n\u2019ont pas de ROI mais elles doivent nourrir des <em>business models<\/em> qui cr\u00e9ent de la valeur. Il s\u2019agit de trouver les filons de valeur, de les tester et de les faire \u00e9voluer par la pratique.<br \/>\nLes histoires des <em>start-ups<\/em> qui ont r\u00e9ussi sont toujours fond\u00e9es sur des phases de \u00ab pivotement \u00bb qui ont permis par l\u2019action et l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation de faire \u00e9voluer le business model pour le rendre gagnant.<\/p>\n<h2>3 &#8211; Soyez rigide sur l\u2019agilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Les grandes entreprises sont souvent prisonni\u00e8res de leurs lourdeurs.\u00a0Notre exp\u00e9rience au sein des grands groupes montre que la mise en place de dispositifs agiles et innovants en marge de l\u2019organisation et prot\u00e9g\u00e9s de ses contraintes, constitue l\u2019une des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 la r\u00e9volution num\u00e9rique. Ces derniers permettent de pr\u00e9parer l\u2019avenir, d\u2019inventer de nouveaux business et de nouvelles offres, d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le rythme face aux concurrents, en apportant de l\u2019avance technologique, de l\u2019agilit\u00e9 et de l\u2019intimit\u00e9 avec de nouveaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<h2>4 &#8211; Co-construisez avec vos clients dans un esprit <em>design thinking<\/em><\/h2>\n<p>Les donn\u00e9es seront au final valoris\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s des clients externes pour enrichir la proposition de valeur ou des clients internes pour optimiser la performance.\u00a0D\u00e9velopper l\u2019empathie avec les utilisateurs, comprendre ce qu\u2019ils font des donn\u00e9es, ce qu\u2019ils pensent, ce qu\u2019ils ressentent plus que ce qu\u2019ils disent. Leur montrer ou mieux leur faire utiliser les services, m\u00eame avec des prototypes imparfaits, plut\u00f4t que leur raconter. S\u2019adresser aussi \u00e0 l\u2019humain et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9motion, m\u00eame en B2B. Voil\u00e0 des obsessions <em>design thinking<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>5 &#8211; Osez innover dans de nouveaux \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes<\/h2>\n<p>Les grands \u00e9nerg\u00e9ticiens sont des acteurs internationaux qui connaissent bien leur secteur d\u2019activit\u00e9 et son jeu concurrentiel.\u00a0L\u2019innovation par les donn\u00e9es n\u00e9cessite de se brancher sur le monde du digital, grands acteurs (Google, Adobe, IBM, Cisco\u2026) et <em>start-ups<\/em>, mais aussi d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 travailler avec d\u2019autres secteurs pour cr\u00e9er de la valeur en partageant des donn\u00e9es et en co-construisant des services.
