Ils repr\u00e9sentent pourtant la meilleure chance des entreprises vers leur transformation digitale.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c0 l\u2019heure de la 3<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> r\u00e9volution industrielle, les entreprises doivent se transformer pour s\u2019adapter au monde actuel. Pour y arriver, cette g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z est un v\u00e9ritable catalyseur, un acc\u00e9l\u00e9rateur de cette transformation mais cela suppose de bien connaitre ses codes et de se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 les accueillir dans les entreprises pour tirer le meilleur parti de cette nouvelle collaboration.<\/em><\/p>\n<h1>La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z et ses codes<\/h1>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise de demain sera digitale, ouverte sur son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me et adaptable aux cycles d\u2019innovation qui s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent. Un grand groupe qui propose plusieurs m\u00e9tiers pourra coupler ces 2 caract\u00e9ristiques et pour y arriver, la DRH a un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 jouer.<\/p>\n<h1>Comment int\u00e9grer les codes des jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations dans votre organisation\u00a0?<\/h1>\n<p>Pour Emmanuelle Duez, il est extr\u00eamement important pour les dirigeants de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux grandes tendances qui vont affecter leur entreprise et d&#8217;anticiper la transformation car <em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019agile mange l\u2019inerte\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le monde hi\u00e9rarchique et pyramidal est en train de dispara\u00eetre, aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019homo numericus n\u2019a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi puissant, et c\u2019est probablement ce qui impacte de plein fouet les entreprises quand, \u00e0 la force d\u2019un clavier et d\u2019un blog on peut faire tomber un gouvernement\u00a0!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique-t-elle. La d\u00e9marche de changement est donc radicale et les entreprises qui ne sauront pas se transformer \u00e0 temps sont amen\u00e9es \u00e0 dispara\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle organisation mettre en place pour s\u2019adapter aux nouvelles g\u00e9n\u00e9rations\u00a0? Selon Emmanuelle Duez, <em>\u00ab\u00a0l\u2019entreprise doit devenir d\u2019avantage flat, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des <strong>structures qui ont moins de niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, et elle doit <em>\u00ab\u00a0devenir ouverte, poreuse, agile, transversale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em> Les trajectoires verticales d\u2019\u00e9volution dans les entreprises, lin\u00e9aires, seront de plus en plus rares, les jeunes talents souhaitent \u00eatre des \u2018intrapreneurs\u2019 dans l\u2019entreprise. Cela signifie de <em>\u00ab\u00a0<strong>cr\u00e9er des poches de libert\u00e9<\/strong> en dehors des silos, en dehors des processus, pour permettre aux jeunes collaborateurs de d\u00e9velopper depuis une id\u00e9e, un pilote, un v\u00e9ritable business parce que c\u2019est porteur de sens et parce que c\u2019est en phase avec les sujets d\u2019interconnexion, de transversalit\u00e9, de r\u00e9activit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em>En t\u00e9moigne la multitude de start-ups cr\u00e9\u00e9es par des <em>digital natives<\/em> et r\u00e9gies par des r\u00e8gles et des philosophies assez in\u00e9dites : <em>leadership<\/em> tournant, organisation \u00e0 trois niveaux hi\u00e9rarchiques maximum, collaboration avec la concurrence. Les grandes entreprises feraient bien de s\u2019en inspirer si elles ne veulent pas voir les talents fuir vers ces nouveaux champions plus agiles.\u00a0Aux DRH \u00e9galement de se pr\u00e9parer et de pr\u00e9parer ses managers \u00e0 un changement de leadership.
