L\u2019essor des r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e ainsi que l\u2019arriv\u00e9e progressive de collaborateurs de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y sur le march\u00e9 du travail, ont amen\u00e9 les dirigeants \u00e0 s\u2019int\u00e9resser en masse \u00e0 cet outil et \u00e0 ses usages.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, 70% des entreprises ont exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 les technologies sociales dont le R\u00e9seau Social d\u2019Entreprise est le fer de lance.<\/p>\n<p>Avec quels objectifs les entreprises se lancent-elles dans la mise en place de r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise\u00a0? Quels sont les freins observ\u00e9s ? Et comment les d\u00e9passer\u00a0?<\/p>\n<h2>Des fonctionnalit\u00e9s nombreuses et \u00e9prouv\u00e9es<\/h2>\n<p>Un r\u00e9seau social d\u2019entreprise est un outil de communication, pouvant \u00eatre accessible aux collaborateurs ou ouvert \u00e0 des partenaires externes. Il vise \u00e0 favoriser la communication et l\u2019interaction entre les collaborateurs ou entre des groupes de collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par un RSE peuvent varier d\u2019un \u00e9diteur \u00e0 un autre, et d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 une autre selon la nature de ses besoins. Aujourd\u2019hui sur le march\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprises, des multinationales, renomm\u00e9es comme Microsoft, IBM ou encore salesforce.com c\u00f4toient de plus petits d\u00e9veloppeurs \u00e0 l\u2019instar de Zyncro ou Liferay.<\/p>\n<p>On retrouve de mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des fonctionnalit\u00e9s similaires \u00e0 celles des r\u00e9seaux sociaux priv\u00e9s\u00a0(profil personnalis\u00e9, messagerie instantan\u00e9e, fil d&#8217;actualit\u00e9\u2026) et d\u2019autres sp\u00e9cifiques au contexte professionnel. Il est ainsi possible d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un organigramme dynamique de l\u2019entreprise permettant d\u2019identifier les groupes de sachants r\u00e9pondant au mieux \u00e0 son besoin. La notion de communaut\u00e9 est \u00e9galement primordiale dans un r\u00e9seau social d\u2019entreprise. Elle offre la possibilit\u00e9 de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer des acteurs autour d\u2019une th\u00e9matique ou d\u2019un projet. Ceci offre plus de souplesse et de transversalit\u00e9 permettant de s\u2019affranchir de certaines barri\u00e8res hi\u00e9rarchiques et de sortir des silos habituels pour fluidifier la communication et concentrer plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie sur le partage de connaissances et non sur sa recherche.<\/p>\n<h2>Un succ\u00e8s qui reste pourtant timide<\/h2>\n<p>Ces outils ont fait leurs preuves dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer le monde professionnel (l\u2019extraordinaire croissance du nombre d\u2019utilisateurs de Facebook en est un bon t\u00e9moin\u00a0: cr\u00e9ation en 2004 et 1,23 milliard\u00a0 d\u2019utilisateurs 10 ans plus tard). Pour autant, d\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e en 2013 par le Gartner seuls 10% des projets de mise en place de r\u00e9seaux sociaux d\u2019entreprise peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme une r\u00e9ussite au regard de la valeur apport\u00e9e au m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n<p>Comment peut-on expliquer cette diff\u00e9rence entre les attentes des directions d&#8217;entreprises et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p>Un des premiers obstacles r\u00e9side sans doute dans le degr\u00e9 d\u2019appropriation des outils digitaux par les utilisateurs. Sans pour autant pouvoir \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e comme l\u2019unique cause de l\u2019\u00e9chec, la non appropriation des outils digitaux par les collaborateurs s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00eatre un obstacle bloquant dans l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation de r\u00e9seaux social d\u2019entreprise dans certains cas. Cependant l\u2019entreprise a su trouver des moyens pour combler ce manque de connaissance\u00a0: de la formation pr\u00e9sentielle au plus r\u00e9cent reverse mentoring en passant par les nouvelles formes de formation amen\u00e9es par le digital.<\/p>\n<h2>Quelques facteurs cl\u00e9s de succ\u00e8s<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019impl\u00e9mentation d\u2019un RSE doit \u00e9galement se faire pour un projet d\u2019entreprise et non pour l\u2019outil en lui-m\u00eame. Les enjeux seront donc propres \u00e0 chaque entreprise. La phase de pr\u00e9paration du RSE (choix de l\u2019outil selon les fonctionnalit\u00e9s, structuration de l\u2019outil, pr\u00e9paration du contenu) est une \u00e9tape \u00e0 ne pas sous-estimer. En effet, celle-ci est garante de l\u2019ad\u00e9quation entre l\u2019objectif de l\u2019entreprise, ses enjeux, et l\u2019int\u00e9gration du RSE au sein des m\u00e9tiers. Elle devra \u00eatre r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie selon le type de m\u00e9tier, le rythme et les acteurs impact\u00e9s pour que cela devienne un outil porteur de sens et non un outil redondant (doublon avec les informations de l\u2019intranet par exemple) ou superflu. C\u2019est uniquement lorsque cette ad\u00e9quation est faite que l\u2019entreprise pourra en tirer profit. Une des bonnes pratiques \u00e9tant de le coupler \u00e0 un cas d\u2019usage, un objectif visible pour les collaborateurs\u00a0: construction d\u2019un plan strat\u00e9gique, remont\u00e9es d\u2019informations terrains, cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une identit\u00e9 visuelle\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, \u00a0les entreprises doivent \u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 s\u2019investir dans l\u2019impl\u00e9mentation du RSE. A la cr\u00e9ation, les entreprises doivent s\u2019attacher \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et adapter l\u2019outil \u00e0 leur environnement\u00a0: d\u00e9velopper et ins\u00e9rer le contenu, cr\u00e9er les communaut\u00e9s, choisir les community managers adapt\u00e9s pour les faire vivre\u2026 Les entreprises doivent donc \u00eatre pr\u00eates \u00e0 investir du temps, et donc de l&#8217;argent, au d\u00e9but du r\u00e9seau social, mais aussi tout au long de son cycle de vie. En effet, un effort de mise \u00e0 jour r\u00e9currente (mensuelle voir hebdomadaire) est n\u00e9cessaire que ce soit pour trier, synth\u00e9tiser, adapter les informations ou adapter le r\u00e9seau social \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019entreprise (nouveau projet, nouvelles technologies\u2026).<\/p>\n<h2>Une conduite du changement n\u00e9cessaire pour lever des obstacles avant tout sociaux<\/h2>\n<p>Comme tout projet, la mise en place d\u2019un RSE s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une conduite du changement. En effet, le RSE requiert l\u2019adoption de nouvelles pratiques et d\u2019usages particuliers\u00a0: aplanissements de l\u2019organigramme, fluidification de la communication, transversalit\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n<p>De nombreux leviers existent permettant de faciliter l&#8217;adoption de ces \u00e9volutions culturelles. Ainsi le recours \u00e0 un r\u00e9seau \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9vang\u00e9lisateurs\u00a0\u00bb pour promouvoir le RSE (toutes fonctions et rang hi\u00e9rarchiques confondus) ou la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une charte d\u2019usage font partie des bonnes pratiques. Il est, \u00e9galement, primordial de pouvoir compter sur le soutien du management. Un sponsoring fort du projet au niveau strat\u00e9gique ainsi qu&#8217;un relais des ambitions des RSE via les managers de proximit\u00e9 est indispensable. Il est donc essentiel d&#8217;accompagner les managers de proximit\u00e9 dans l&#8217;appropriation des enjeux et objectifs du projet RSE afin de pouvoir en \u00eatre l&#8217;ambassadeur.<\/p>\n<h2>Le RSE, un outil qui s\u2019inscrit dans un changement global de culture d\u2019entreprise<\/h2>\n<p>Finalement le r\u00e9seau social appara\u00eet comme une sous partie d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me complet du changement de la culture d\u2019entreprise. \u00c0 l\u2019image de l\u2019\u00e9volution du r\u00f4le des managers, il n\u2019est qu\u2019un vecteur de changement de culture d\u2019entreprise qui ne peut r\u00e9ussir qu\u2019en \u00e9tant accompagn\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9volution des pratiques et des usages. C\u2019est du changement de culture que pourra \u00e9maner la cr\u00e9ation de valeur\u00a0: optimisation de la performance op\u00e9rationnelle, fluidification de la relation entre collaborateurs, augmentation du bien-\u00eatre au travail\u2026\u00a0 Le r\u00e9seau social ne peut \u00eatre le seul composant du changement. La cr\u00e9ation de valeur sera garantie d\u00e8s lors que le r\u00e9seau social est envisag\u00e9 non pas comme la cible mais comme un moyen de l\u2019atteindre.
