Le choix du mod\u00e8le d\u2019h\u00e9bergement entre celui propos\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9diteur (en mode <em>Software as a Service<\/em>), le\u00a0 <em>cloud<\/em> priv\u00e9\u00a0 ou directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au SI de l\u2019entreprise d\u00e9pend principalement des risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es et des acc\u00e8s, de la d\u00e9pendance au fournisseur, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Quelle que soit la solution retenue, il faudra rester extr\u00eamement vigilant sur l\u2019int\u00e9gration de ces services avec l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de l\u2019entreprise et minimiser la conduite de changement des op\u00e9rationnels pour ne pas r\u00e9duire \u00e0 n\u00e9ant les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices escompt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h4>Comment assurer une gouvernance multicanal dans la dur\u00e9e ?<\/h4>\n<p>La gouvernance d\u2019un projet de transformation multicanal doit :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Disposer d\u2019un sponsor capable de porter et incarner le projet aupr\u00e8s de la Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale.<\/li>\n<li>Associer l\u2019ensemble des Directions m\u00e9tier et informatique au pilotage op\u00e9rationnel et strat\u00e9gique.<\/li>\n<li>Privil\u00e9gier une trajectoire d\u2019\u00e9volution du SI qui passe par des paliers interm\u00e9diaires stables et produisant chacun des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour les clients, les conseillers et l\u2019entreprise.<\/li>\n<li>Impliquer au plus t\u00f4t les ressources internes de l\u2019entreprise (architectes, exploitants, conseillers, etc.) pour limiter les freins aux changements et les aider \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de nouveaux r\u00f4les et comp\u00e9tences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si les entreprises peuvent esp\u00e9rer optimiser leurs performances commerciales et financi\u00e8res en s\u2019engageant dans une relation client multicanal, elles doivent r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 concilier, d\u2019une part, la qualit\u00e9 de services et la satisfaction globale du client, et d\u2019autre part, la productivit\u00e9 du conseiller et la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n<p>En suivant une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019int\u00e9gration ma\u00eetris\u00e9e et progressive, les DSI peuvent contribuer activement \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite d\u2019un projet de transformation de la relation client multicanal. Elles doivent pour cela passer d\u2019un r\u00f4le de fabriquant et d\u2019op\u00e9rateur de solutions informatiques vers celui d\u2019int\u00e9grateur de services en sachant externaliser \u00e0 bon escient.
