La mobilisation des collaborateurs et le renforcement du collectif sont une des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 d\u00e9ployer.<\/p>\n<h2>Le collectif, source de responsabilisation<\/h2>\n<p>Dans un contexte en transformation, voire un contexte de crise, l\u2019une des cl\u00e9s de r\u00e9ussite r\u00e9side dans la mobilisation des collaborateurs pour former un collectif soud\u00e9 dans lequel chacun s\u2019engage et prend ses responsabilit\u00e9s. Par exemple, dans le secteur des services, le d\u00e9veloppement des marges de man\u0153uvre des t\u00e9l\u00e9conseillers pour qu\u2019ils soient en mesure de satisfaire les clients est aujourd\u2019hui une pr\u00e9occupation pour de nombreuses entreprises.<br \/>\nPour parvenir \u00e0 cet engagement, il convient d\u2019agir \u00e0 la fois sur la culture (les croyances, les repr\u00e9sentations, les valeurs, les principes, les envies, les comportements) et sur les \u00ab outils \u00bb et \u00ab syst\u00e8mes \u00bb qui structurent les comportements (la contractualisation, l\u2019\u00e9valuation, la gestion des carri\u00e8res, l\u2019acc\u00e8s et le partage de l\u2019information).<\/p>\n<h2>Favoriser l\u2019intelligence collective<\/h2>\n<p>C\u2019est en allant au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019engagement individuel par la mobilisation de \u00ab l\u2019intelligence collective \u00bb des \u00e9quipes que l\u2019entreprise peut maximiser sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019innovation et sa performance.
